Réseau Géopolitique Paris-Berlin-Moscou
Founder, then honorary president
To bring together, across party lines, those who hold that the countries of western, central and eastern Europe share a common view of the world and common interests with Russia. The network gathers public and private decision-makers, diplomats, academics and industrialists. Founded in 2003, it took the name Geopolitical Network in August 2017; Henri de Grossouvre then became honorary president, with Richard Kitaeff as president.

Founder and general delegate
A European think tank founded in Strasbourg at the request of François Loos, Minister for Industry, and Adrien Zeller, president of the Alsace Region, on 1 October 2004. Its aim: to make Strasbourg and the Rhine area a privileged place for debating European strategic questions, through symposia, publications and cross-border projects. It produced two books: For a European Europe (2007) and The Strasbourg-Ortenau Eurodistrict (2010).

Board member — leads the “Future of Local Authorities” working group
A think tank devoted to local authorities and their transformation. With Professor Denys Pouillard, Henri de Grossouvre leads a working group on the future of local government, and regularly moderates the circle's conferences and symposia — on the role of the prefect, the Conference on the Future of Europe, the European elections, and relations between local authorities and business.

Secretary general
An association under French law (loi 1901), founded in 2017, which works to preserve, promote and pass on French and world heritage. Its motto: “Vivre nos patrimoines, servir la paix” (living our heritage, serving peace). Henri de Grossouvre, already a board member, became its secretary general in September 2026.
Alumni de Sciences Po Strasbourg
Board member
The alumni association of the Institut d'études politiques de Strasbourg, from which he graduated (International Relations, class of 1989). In Paris he runs a lecture series held jointly with the Cercle Colbert and the Fondation Jean-Jaurès — a programme recorded in the minutes of the Sciences Po Strasbourg board of 8 April 2025.

A foundation attached to the heritage of the Baccarat crystal works: conservation of the collection, a museum project, and the pursuit of cultural partnerships and patronage.

An independent think tank founded in Paris in 2006 by the journalist Elisa Kitson, which holds dinner debates. Henri de Grossouvre sits on its Advisory Board; he formerly chaired KitSon Strasbourg.
Le Jardin d'Alcinoos
Co-founder, then president
Founded in 2011 with Mike Molloy and Alain Gesiot to support entrepreneurs in the social economy, the Jardin d'Alcinoos became in 2016 a social grocery, at 27 rue Docteur Potain in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It offers quality produce, much of it recovered from food waste, to people in precarious circumstances, and serves as a meeting place and a venue for workshops.
